Need a little extra support at home?

I provide local home help and practical support across South Norfolk and Mid Suffolk. Whether you are looking for friendly companionship for a parent or daily assistance for yourself, I'd be happy to have a friendly, no-obligation chat about how I can help your family.

Visits Designed Around You

We recommend a minimum two-hour visit, allowing plenty of time for meaningful companionship and practical support without feeling rushed.

A two-hour visit can include a combination of companionship, shopping and errands, light housekeeping, preparing a simple meal, attending appointments or simply getting out and about.

Regular weekly visits can be arranged to provide a familiar routine and the reassurance of seeing the same person each time.

Need something different? Please get in touch with Sara to discuss the support that would work best for you or your loved one.
